Do annual plans give me the whole year's documents up front?: No, and this is deliberate. Quotas reset on the calendar month whichever way you pay — an annual Professional plan gets 500 documents every month, not 6,000 to spend in January. Paying yearly changes the price, never the limits.
What happens when I hit the monthly limit?: Uploads stop until the 1st, and you can buy an add-on pack to keep going in the current month. Nothing is deleted, and everything already extracted stays searchable and exportable.
Do you charge per user?: No. Business includes 5 team members in the $49, so a full team is $9.80 per person rather than a per-seat fee that grows every time someone joins.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?: Yes, from the billing page in your account, in either direction. Switching to yearly applies from your next renewal.
What happens to my documents if I cancel?: You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you can export everything to CSV or Excel at any point before that. The original files are always kept alongside the extracted data, so nothing is locked in.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?: Neither. Start on Free without a card, upgrade when the free 5 documents a month stop being enough, and cancel from the billing page whenever you like.
